Final Sale (Online): All items purchased through our online store are final. To maintain the exclusivity and integrity of our handcrafted collections, online orders will not be returned, replaced, or refunded.

In-Store Purchases (Istanbul & Peshawar): Replacements are strictly limited to customers who purchase directly from our physical boutiques in Istanbul, Turkey or Peshawar, Pakistan.

Please Note: We do not offer monetary refunds. In-store purchases are eligible for replacement only in the event of a verified issue.

Unique Craftsmanship: Our products are artisan-made. Due to the handcrafted nature of our tribal jewelry suites and traditional dresses, as well as variations in digital displays, the actual product may feature slight variations in stone placement, fabric texture, or color from the images shown. These variations are markers of authentic craftsmanship.
